All items must be returned in a secure, insured package and all merchandise must be in its original packaging. Merchandise shipped back past the 10 day window will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange.

Orders placed before 2pm EST M - F will be processed and shipped the same day, except holidays. Purchases made after 2pm EST M - F will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
