- These hats feature intricately patterned open weave straw crowns and wool felt brims and are finished with grosgrain ribbon. The weavers who create the straw patterns use thin strands of straw to create unique, lace-like designs. Each hat has a distinct pattern from one to the next and will not appear identical to the one in our photographs.

We will exchange or refund any full price, unworn, unaltered, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of the received shipment date. The purchase item(s) must be shipped back to SHOWROOM within 10 days. All items must be returned in a secure, insured package and all merchandise must be in its original packaging. Merchandise shipped back past the 10 day window will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange.

Orders placed before 2pm EST M - F will be processed and shipped the same day, except holidays. Purchases made after 2pm EST M - F will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.
