We will exchange or refund any full price, unworn, unaltered, unwashed merchandise within 15 days of the received shipment date. The purchase must be received back to our offices within those 15 days. All items must be returned in a secure, insured package and all merchandise must be in its original packaging. To initiate your return, simply message us at hello@shopshowroom.com and a return label will be emailed to you. Sale Items are FINAL SALE and we reserve the right to refuse any returned items.
We offer free domestic shipping and two-day shipping for $15. Orders placed before 1pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day, except holidays. Purchases made after 1pm EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Shipments are pending product availability and credit verification.
